Hi, Namregal. We do not suggest you to use the Sharpie PRO Permanent Markers on CDs and DVDs because it was not specified for that use. Have a nice day!

Hi, Barnaby. Sharpie PRO Permanent Markers work under the toughest conditions. They can mark on wet, oily, dusty, abrasive, and nonporous surfaces. As for the classic Permanent Markers, they can write on metal, paper, plastic, glass, and wood. Resins or surfactants give the ink of these markers the ability to adhere to various surfaces. For additional information, please contact Sharpie directly. Have a nice day!
