Rated 5 out of 5 by Tanochan from My new fav pens I have found my new favorite pen! Not only does it write smoothly, the silicone grib is comfortable for long duration of writing. Once you remove the ink protector from the pen you don't have to scratch to get the ink flowing. I have not had any issues of it leaking or smudging. If you write on a porus napkin it will go through but it does not transfer to the table. I highly recommend this pen!!! Best part about these pens is if you are a light writer like I am, the writing will still come out clear. You don't need to apply heavy pressure at all for it to work. Great for senior citizens also since their handwriting would be on the lighter side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CSpierdowis from Writes so smoothly/ We were really happy that we received these to test. Right out of the package, these pens wrote so smoothly. My husband writes a lot for work. He has bigger hands and has a habit of rubbing his hand a long the paper as he writes. He was very, very happy to find that this ink did not smear as he was writing along. I was also ecstatic about this. I am famous for this as well, lol. We use sharpie pens all of the time. My husband is a commercial electrician and project manager. But, we did not even know that they had these style of pens out. Overall, the pen mechanism has been working very well. The ink writes smoothly and dries nicely. We love everything about these new pens and feel very comfortable recommending them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by howkek from Not A Great Pen I’m not really a big fan of this pen. Though it’s fine for general use I wouldn’t do any important work with it. It tends to pool at the point of contact and needs time before it won’t smear. The flow can drop out and that’s a problem. It’s unfortunate because the grip is good, feels nice in my hand and the ink is a nice deep black but that just doesn’t undo the problems. If they can reformulate the ink I’ll give it another try. This won’t be the first pen I reach for when I need to sign a check or draw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Christa17_81 from Love the way it writes This is a thicker gel pen than I would normally use but I really like it. I write a lot during my 12 hour shifts. I like a pen to be able to keep up with me. I have been using this pen for a week or 2 on my 12 hour shifts and it is still going strong. It writes very clear and very nice. I can say much about if it smears but I am going to say no. For as much as I write I have not noticed any smearing and I am guessing if it had I would have noticed it all over my paperwork. I will be purchasing more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nicolec from Smudged A Bit I used these Sharpie gel pens on a few cardboard boxes as well as some thick paper. It wrote very smoothly and the line never "broke." After writing I waited a few seconds and I had some smudging. The smudge occured on most of my stop and start points of each letter I wrote. The pen was very comfortable to hold and I really liked how thick the 1mm point wrote. I wrote on about a dozen boxes and the last one looked as good as the first did, no fading at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ErikSO from Quality pens. I didn't know what to expect from these, but you get all the quality of Sharpie, but the smooth writing of a gel pen. The plastic pen cases feel reasonable quality. They're what you'd expect from pens purchased in a four pack, but they write like something you should be paying more for. Unfortunately after I opened the four pack, three of them "ran away" with family members. I managed to hold onto one. I may have to order more.

The ink flows smoothly and you can immediately swipe your finger on the ink on paper and it does not smudge at all. Perfect for a bold signature on documents. There is a nice grip area where you can securely hold onto the pen while writing. The pens are comfortable to hold. The Sharpies are a great pen. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jo112 from Beautiful Lines, No Smudges I used to address envelopes for a hospital fundraiser. Everyone committed how fine the lines were and how quickly the gel ink dried. I like the closer since I seem to lose caps everywhere. The color is a true black. See picture for details. I hope the come out with other colors in this Sharpie line. Excellent.
