I ordered mine through Target. I got all 4 packs of 4 pens. However there's only 10 new colors, one pack was just black red and 2 other colors that were in the other packs. If that makes sense. I basically got 16 pens, and 6 were duplicate colors. And I wish they would tell us the names of the colors, not just the packs!
